5000 liquid dispensing system provides high-speed adhesive
or solder paste dispensing for applications involving large
boards in surface mount assembly and other dispensing applications.
Maximum dispensing area of approximately 18 x 18 inches (450mm
x 450mm). Dispenses up to 25,000 dots per hour for 50 mil
pitch solder paste and 22,000 dots per hour for 3 mil pitch
SMD epoxy. For use with inline applications. Robust, reliable
construction with welded steel frame and cast aluminum gantry
supports. This machine is equipped with Camalot vision system.
