Feeders:
4 – TM8; 1 – TM1216; 1 – FLEX; 4 – Vibratory; 1 extra Y-wagon.
Lots of accessories and spare parts.
The machine has not been utilized for production for the last
6-9 months. It is in need of various repairs including, but may
not be limited to:
1. All magazines need some maintenance (issues such as tape
covers, bobbins, wheels missing teeth, contact board, etc.)
2. Needs new vacuum pump
3. Needs new “head shaft holder sensor”
4. Needs “vacuum sensor LED” for head (currently glued together)
5. Control mouse needs fixing
6. Emergency button needs fixing (functions randomly)
7. Needs new hose, tubing & filter.

upward viewing for component centering; 1 downward viewing for
fiducial recognition and self teach programming.2 independent
placement heads with 2 spindles per head. Placement accuracy is
+/- .00125 Up to 20 tool tips available, 10 per head. Maximum
placement rate is 6,500 cph. Power is 110 volt and air
