Thermotron F-32-CHV-707-705 Agree Chamber w/ LAB Mechanical
Shaker Table |
Used to burn in circuit cards for aircraft radar altimeters
typically for 48 hrs. at -62C to +85C at 10-15C/min rate The
chamber is plumbed for LN2 to supplement the refrigeration for
fast pull downs This is an AGREE chamber which is specifically
designed to run Burn-In profiles, including sine vibration, if
needed. The cycles are programmed via a built in Watlow
Programmable controller. The profiles are generated using any
text editor and downloaded to the controller via serial RS-232.
There is a chart recorder and two programmable event triggers (vib
and whatever) and a product saver. The product saver is set for
a high or low temp override to sound an alarm if the
refrigeration, or LN2 or Heater fails to turn off, etc. Test was
all hands off, we used the event triggers to start vibration and
turn on test equipment, etc. Also, recently the chamber was
converted from R-502/R-13 refrigerant to R-402 (SUVA
HP80)/SUVA-95. The chamber can be operated with or w/o the
vibration unit. It has two ports for electrical
interconnections to product and a large 18in/18in window. The
recommended service power requirements are 460V, 60Hz, 3 phase,
60A. The heater is 33A, the two 7.5 Hp compressors are 15.4A

LAB Shaker Table is BRFCCD-36-500. Max test load is 500 lbs, max
acceleration is 3.2G's, max displacement at max load (double
amplitude 0.080 in, 3000 lb force. Frequency is 8-60 hz,
vertical axis.
